These terms and conditions govern your use of the Fresh Ear website and consultation service. By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Fresh Ear is operated by Hakeem from Sector-71, Mohali 160071, Punjab, India.

Fresh Ear provides paid, one-on-one written feedback on music submissions. Feedback covers creative and technical areas such as mix, arrangement, performance, and release readiness, based on the brief you provide. The service is advisory only and does not guarantee commercial success, playlist placement, or specific listener outcomes.

To book a consultation, you select a path (meeting, single track, or custom pack), provide your track or link, choose a turnaround option where applicable, and complete payment through PayU. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is verified. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Written feedback is delivered to the email address provided during booking, within the turnaround window you selected. Turnaround times are measured in business hours from the time payment is confirmed. Delays caused by incomplete submissions, payment disputes, or technical issues outside our control may extend delivery times.

The 25-minute conversation is a video or audio call scheduled through the booking flow. You must join at the scheduled time. If you miss the call without prior notice, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once if requested at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.

• Before feedback delivery: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided no feedback has been delivered. • After feedback delivery: Consultations are custom services, so refunds are not available once feedback has been sent. • Meeting cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. • Failed payments: If payment is not completed or verified, no consultation is created and no charge is made. Refund requests should be sent to freshearnow@gmail.com with your booking reference.

You retain all rights to your music, lyrics, and any materials you submit. Fresh Ear does not claim ownership of your work. We may not use, share, or reproduce your submissions without your written permission. The written feedback we provide is for your personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, or published as your own.

Your submissions are confidential. Fresh Ear will not share your audio, links, or brief with third parties, except as required to operate the service (for example, secure storage and payment processing) or as required by law.

You agree not to: • Submit content that infringes anyone else's intellectual property or rights. • Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or abusive material. • Attempt to access admin areas or other users' data. • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the website or its infrastructure. We may refuse service or terminate access for violations of these rules.

Fresh Ear's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or opportunities, arising from the use of our feedback or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
