Fresh Ear is a music consultation service operated by Hakeem from Sector-71, Mohali 160071, Punjab, India. When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "Fresh Ear", it means the individual operator of this service.

We collect only the information needed to deliver your consultation: • Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number. • Track information: the audio file or streaming link you submit, plus your chosen focus areas and written brief. • Payment information: transaction references and status returned by our payment processor. We do not store card or bank details on our servers. • Technical data: browser type, IP address, and error logs used to keep the service secure and reliable. • Authentication data: if you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your email and profile name through that provider.

We use your data to: • Provide the consultation you paid for. • Send booking confirmations, payment receipts, and feedback notifications. • Respond to support requests. • Improve the service and fix technical issues. • Meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.

Your track, mix, or master is treated as confidential. It is stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket and is only accessed by Hakeem to prepare your written feedback. We do not share, publish, or distribute your audio. Signed, time-limited links are used when audio must be streamed from the admin dashboard.

Payments are processed by PayU India. When you complete checkout, PayU handles your card or banking information directly. We receive only the transaction status, reference ID, and amount. PayU's privacy practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policy.

Admin sign-in uses Google OAuth through Supabase Auth. We do not store your Google password. We receive only the email and name associated with your Google account, and only authorized admin accounts can access the dashboard.

We keep your consultation record and audio file for as long as needed to deliver the service and support follow-up questions. After a reasonable period, audio files and related personal data are automatically purged from storage as part of our retention routine. You can request early deletion by emailing freshearnow@gmail.com with your booking reference.

You can ask us to: • Confirm what personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate information. • Delete your data, subject to any legal retention requirements. • Provide a copy of your data in a portable format. To make a request, email freshearnow@gmail.com from the address used for your booking.

We protect your data using access controls, encrypted storage links, row-level security in our database, and routine security reviews. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong password for any account you create.

We may update this privacy policy as the service evolves. The latest version will always be available at this URL, and the effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
